Enjoy a day on Fitzroy Island - a true tropical paradise! DAILY DEPARTURE - 8.45-9.15am - Check in at Sunlover desk inside the Reef Fleet Terminal. Boarding closes 10.00am. Departs Cairns 10.15am, Returns to Cairns 4.30pm.

What to bring

  • Simply pack a bag as if you were going to the beach for the day. Suggested items include:

  • swimming costume and beach towel

  • sunscreen (SPF 30+) reef friendly is recommended

  • sun protective clothing such as t-shirt or rash vest, hat and sunglasses

  • cash or credit card for purchases on the island

  • food and drinks for the day (you can also purchase on the island)

  • sturdy footwear if you intend on bushwalking

  • camera

  • reef shoes recommended
